Brian Stuart has joined Ink Construction as a traveling Project Superintendent. HIs first project is a restaurant in Colorado Springs.
Ink Construction has added Eddie West, Charles Chappell and Mason Hewitt as additional traveling Project Superintendents to support our growing restaurant brand customer's needs. Ink Construction is national builder of restaurants working closely with a variety of brands and franchise organizations. "We continue to see increased demand for timely, quality construction with our hospitality clients. This demand has allowed us to also grow as a company, while maintaining strong customer relationships" commented Wink Hartman II, President of Ink Construction. Wink also noted that additional hires are on the horizon.
This week the Wichita Sports forum really took shape with the exterior walls being raised into place. The first day completed 15 panels 31' tall which is half the length of the east wall. On day 2 of the exterior panels the south wall was completed. The south wall panels are 37' tall and weigh about 100,000 lbs each. The entire process of raising all the exterior walls will just under a week.
The new Wichita Sports Forum begins to take shape with large sections of the concrete floor poured. Once the floor is completed, framing will take place to pour the wall slabs on top of the floor to be tilted into place.
The Bricktown Brewery east Wichita location is now open. Ink Construction turned it over to the owners the week of August 16. Click here to see more images.
This week Beran Concrete began pouring the floor sections of the Wichita Sports Forum. Due to the size of the floor area, it is being poured in sections and to beat the heat it all starts very early in the morning.
June 25, 2015: The Centropolis apartment project hit a milestone today with large 900 yard concrete pour that started at 3am. Getting to this point has taken months of hard work and strategic planning.
June 22, 2015: Groundwork for the new Wichita Sports Forum in underway. This new 142,000 sq ft facility will be a regional draw with multiple basketball and volleyball courts, soccer fields, and batting cages.
