Hansa Center for Optimum Health A design/build consisting of 12000 square feet and is currently home to Hansa Center for Optimum Health. The site consists of 1.2 acres, 30% of which is a pond. The design needed to provide a retaining wall to take advantage of the water amenitie and move the building to provide necessary parking requirements. Full brick and EFIS finish with a 1000 square foot second floor veranda overlooking the water. |
